Exercise of the Month:
Jack n’ the bean stalk
Lets work all major muscle groups with one great exercise.
You’ll start small and lengthen your body upward
Squat /Calf raise/ lift
Weight: medicine ball one 5-8 lb dumbbell or your baby
Start positions: squat down hold weight at your chest level
Motion: then come out of squat into calf raise and lift weight up above head. You don’t have to lock out your elbows, just press up. 6-8 reps 3 sets
Always drink lots of H20, nice deep breaths and listen to your body.
